Publishing your  presentation to Deepen app

Once your slide deck is completed and a date has been set, use the status dropdown to publish to the Deepen mobile app:

  • Draft - New sermons are set to draft by default.  When in draft mode, your sermon will not appear in the Deepen app.
  • Published - Set the status to published to display the sermon in the Deepen app.  It will show in upcoming sermons, until scheduled date, become live during the event, and appear in the past sermons section thereafter.
  • Archived - Set the status to archived if you no longer want the sermon to display in the Deepen app.  It will still be available in Deepen Studio for church teams.

Unpublishing a sermon

To unpublish a sermon, select ‘Archived’ from the Status dropdown.
